Students are required to conduct SWOT analysis or environmental scanning to identify 3 major concerns or problems in their workplace that they would want to address through an in-depth research or investigation to provide a relevant, meaningful and useful solutions. 1 section

In this lesson you will read and reflect the book of Adam Grant, Originals. This is a book that delves into how you can utilize your uniqueness as a tool for becoming successful. Adam Grant provides a wide range of practical examples of individuals overcoming the odds and successfully challenging authority. On top of this, he uses his background in psychology to apply relevant research to each point he makes. Grant explores how to recognize a good idea, speak up without getting silenced, build a coalition of allies, choose the right time to act, and manage fear and doubt. 2 sections

This is a structured exposure/ attachment exposure to enable a focused STUDY and broad ASSESSMENT of models of excellence and innovations in leadership, governance and development in the Philippine public and private sectors. This will also strengthen key leadership and managerial competencies of education leader through structured exposure/ attachment in a laboratory organization/ community, cultivate an environment and partnerships for learning on how to effectively lead people and manage institutions, harness innovations, and address leadership, governance and development challenges and imperatives and will encourage exploration of and advocacy for meaningful, creative, practical and outcome-focused innovations and measures for re-examining, leading and strengthening leadership, governance and development reforms in the public sector. |
